Return Refund & Exchange Policy

At Altura Industry, we strive to provide high-quality plastic toys and kids’ products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return, refund, and exchange process.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or special order items
- Clearance or discounted products (if mentioned)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of delivery
- Share:
- Order details
- Reason for return
- Product images (if damaged/defective)
- Our team will verify your request
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Size/variant issue (if applicable)

- Request must be raised within 7 days
- Product must be unused and in original packaging

4. Refund Policy

- Product is received and inspected by our team

- Bank transfer (if applicable)
Refund Timeline
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos as proof

- Free replacement OR
- Full refund (if replacement not available)
6. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive the wrong item:
- Inform us within 48 hours
- We will arrange a free pickup and replacement
7. Return Shipping
- If return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product) → हम pickup arrange करेंगे (no cost)
- If return is due to customer reason → return shipping cost may be borne by customer
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If still not received, contact us
